Getting started with Chaudify
Every tool here works the same way: find it, open it, hand it your file, take the result. This page walks through that loop once, then covers what is worth knowing on a first visit.
Find the right tool
Start from All Tools to see everything grouped by category, or type into the search box in the header — it matches tools, articles and categories as you type. If you know the job rather than the tool ("shrink a PDF", "convert HEIC to JPG"), browsing the categories is usually the faster route.
Open the tool
Every tool opens straight into its working interface. There is no account, no email confirmation and no trial period — the page you land on is the whole product.
Give it your file or your text
Drag a file onto the drop area or use the file picker; the text tools take typed or pasted input. Your browser reads the file directly and the work happens on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to a server, there is no queue to wait in, and closing the tab leaves nothing behind.
Adjust the settings
Most tools expose a few controls — output format, quality, target size or dimensions. The defaults are sensible, so if you are unsure, run it once as-is and compare. For lossy formats, always work from the original file rather than from a previous output, because a second pass compounds the loss.
Take your result
Download the finished file, or copy the output for the text tools. Keep your original: a compression or a lossy conversion cannot always be reversed, and we hold no copy that could be used to recover it.
Get help if you need it
The FAQ covers the questions people ask most about formats, limits and privacy. If something is broken or a result looks wrong, the report an issue page lists exactly what to send so it can be reproduced.
What to expect the first time
Large files are limited by your device, not by us
Because there is no server in the middle, there is no upload size cap — but there is also no server to borrow memory from. A very large image or a long PDF is processed in your browser and can be slow, or fail outright, on a phone with limited RAM. On a desktop it will generally go through.
Any current browser works
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Opera are all supported. A few advanced formats rely on newer browser features, so an up-to-date browser gives the best results. Internet Explorer is not supported.
It keeps working without a connection
Once a tool page has loaded, the processing itself needs no network, because nothing is being sent anywhere. There is no installable offline app, but a tab you already have open keeps working if your connection drops.
No watermark, no paywall, no account
Your output is untouched — no logo, no attribution line, and no reduced quality to push you towards a paid tier. There is no paid tier, and you can use the results for personal, academic or commercial work.
