Before you write

Most questions are already answered. The FAQ covers privacy, formats and limits, and the getting started guide walks through using a tool. For a bug or a broken download, the footer links to the report an issue page.

What to include

A message with these five things usually gets solved on the first reply.

  • The exact name of the tool and a link to the page you were on.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Your browser and operating system — for example "Chrome 128 on Windows 11".
  • The file type and rough size, if a file was involved. Never send us the file itself.
  • A screenshot or the exact wording of any error message you saw.

Why there is no contact form

A form on a free site attracts automated spam faster than it attracts real questions, and every form is another place your details could leak. A direct email link opens your own mail app, sends from your own address, and keeps a copy in your sent folder.

We will never ask for your files

If someone claiming to be Chaudify asks you to send a document, an image or a password so they can "fix" something, it is not us. Our tools run on your device, so we have never needed your files — and never will.

Legal and takedown notices

Copyright or trademark complaints should go to [email protected] with the subject "Legal notice". Include the URL concerned and the basis of your claim. Our obligations for these notices are set out in the Terms of Service.
